Site visit to asses the required insulation levels required to achieve optimal screed performance.

Installation of a DPM if required.

Installation of the correct thickness of insulation.

Installation a vapour barrier and expansion perimeter strip as required prior to installation of liquid screed.

Installation of liquid screed to agreed depths.

Removal of surface laitance.

Application of primer so the surface is ready for any floor covering or adhesive.
